Some Beautiful Texas Spring Flowers

A selection of spring flowers photographed during our recent trip to South Texas. After much needed winter rains, the state was green and the flowers amazing both in variety and abundance. Don't know the names of any of them! Help!!

Purple Sandpipers and Turnstones

There are still a few confiding Purple Sandpipers left on the shore, but they will be off north very soon. They mix with Turnstones who will begin to show their lovely summer plumage in the next few weeks.
