These shots were taken by Chris on 10th April 2012 during our trip to South Texas. A really great birding spot for spring migration, as is the whole of the Texas coast at this time of year.

The Laughing gull is also a must!

Outstanding shorebird images! I especially love the Long-billed Curlew and close-up Laughing Gull shots, but all are fabulous. I really need to take a trip down to the Texas coast in the springtime.
